Through biking, walking and paddling, you will discover the most hidden and surprising nooks in Los Lagos Region. This program combines various adventure activities, in a tour that optimizes contact with nature.

Day 1 Puerto Montt - Biking in Frutillar
Airport reception and transfer to your hotel in Puerto Varas. At the appointed, departure by bicycle over an old road linking the cities of Puerto Varas, Llanquihue and Frutillar. Skirting Lake Llanquihue, you'll observe old houses, tranquil beaches, the Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes and Mount Tronador. On reaching Frutillar, you'll visit Teatro del Lago (Theater on the Lake) and one of its rotating exhibitions. A cup of coffee and a delicious slice of kuchen (German-style cake) await you to help you refuel. Return to Puerto Varas by vehicle. Accommodations (S)

Day 2 Full Day Paso desolación on Osorno Volcano
Breakfast. You depart following the shoreline of Llanquihue Lake heading to Puerto Klocker. You'll witness the imprint left by German settlers, who put down roots here during the mid XIXth Century. On reaching Puerto Klocker you'll take a road that follows the path of an old lava flow, toward the slopes of Osorno Volcano. Before beginning your walk, the guide imparts instructions and distributes the necessary supplies (water, box lunch, etc.). From here, you begin your fascinating adventure: crossing a mountain pass at 3,900 feet above sea-level with spectacular views of Lake Todos los Santos, Calbuco Volcano and Mount Tronador.

The trail goes through a forest with Southern Beeches (Nothofagus dombeyi), Patagonian Firebush (Embothrium coccineum) and other species of this volcanic ecosystem, in addition to birdlife and lizards adapted to these extreme conditions. Having crossed the summit of the pass you begin descending to the shores of Lake Todos los Santos, where a short walk brings you to your destination in Petrohue. Return to the hotel. Accommodations (B-BL)
Day 3 Half Day Sea kayaking on Puerto Varas Bay - Airport
Breakfast. At the appointed time, general instruction on paddling techniques, rescue and safety are given. Once equipped, you begin paddling your kayaks on Puerto Varas Bay towards Llanquihue. The quiet and contemplative mode of this travel allows you to enjoy magnificent views of the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes, as well as to be surprised by the clouds’ simple yet spectacular reflections on the lake, or to marvel at the simplicity of a heron’s flight.
