Arrebol Patagonia Hotel is located in the most private sector of the city of Puerto Varas, on the top of a hill surrounded by a forest with typical zone flora and fauna.
The hotel has 22 exclusive rooms, all with view to Llanquihue Lake, the city, the forest and the horizon. We have incorporated and integrated elements inherent to the zone, because our first purpose is that our guests ¨live¨ the South through fine details of the zone and Chiloe island.
We want you to feel the south and experience the sensation of being in a room looking out on sunsets and the forest, of listening to the birds as you awake, and the wind that rustles the branches of trees.
Arrebol Patagonia also displays art. We hold an annual show of painters and sculptors and artist who produce varying Works of art. Our service is special and our intention is to get close to and take care of our guests.
The fine details and textiles are combined in an elegant and delicate way. Our cuisine blends elements of the international cuisine with products from the zone and from our own orchards and nurseries. We also have a wine bar containing the best from our valleys. We are particularly concern with the environment, so we use geothermal energy that reuse rain water and process our waste.
Arrebol Patagonia was created in the intent to provide the experience of the south, of Puerto Varas, with a different, more intimate and personal approach, in a place where you can escape everyday life and find the strength, color, aroma and flavor of this part of the World.
Spirit and purpose
Arrebol is a project developed with the intention to protect the local patrimony, the spirit and the soul of this patagonian area.
We have carefully recollected and added recovered woods and then have given them value through the art and architecture, we worked with craftsman’s who had left they art in the hotel.
We have a relationship with art and wood. Our close with Islands near Chiloé, have given to us the esteem for their people and costumes that you will enjoy in our hotel.
A place where the nature is the protagonist, the rain, the wind, the birds…
Arrebol Patagonia has a healthy and natural food proposal. We work with greens that have been cultivated by our own, which are selected by our chef who is an expert in traditional local food.
We give two alternatives to our guests. The first one, a first quality restaurant with seafood and as second alternative, a kitchen area focus on local food.
