We will learn from the process of making pisco and we will taste its exquisite varieties. we'll know part of gabriela Mistral's life and work. We'll have lunch at a restaurant in the town of vicuña, enjoying its exquisite gastronomy. We'll also meet about the derivatives of the copao and papaya.
