Come with us to enjoy the adventure of climbing the symbol of Lakes Region tourism. To get to Osorno Volcano, we travel for 50 minutes along the southern shore of Llanquihue Lake, taking in the beautiful countryside that decorates the lakeside route along the way. At the base of the volcano, we arrive at the village of Ensenada, where we begin our ascent and enter Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. We will stop along the climb to appreciate the panoramic view of the Petrohué River valley and see one of the volcano’s extinct craters. We also stop at a viewpoint where you can see the full extent of Llanquihue Lake. At the end of the path, we come to the ski center and its cafeteria, where you can use the chairlifts (not included) for an even better view of the scenery.
